Welcome to Travel Trade Matrix (TTM), an enterprise B2B networking directory and reverse lead exchange platform for verified travel professionals, DMCs, consolidators, aviation leaders, and corporate travel specialists.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, Travel Trade Matrix acts as the Data Fiduciary determining the purpose and means of processing digital personal data shared by users (Data Principals). Payment collection and commercial billing mechanisms are managed and processed by our authorized billing entity, Adzmode.

2. Grounds for Processing & Data We Collect

We process your data strictly on the basis of consent and specified legitimate uses to facilitate verified B2B travel networking:

  • Identity & Account Data: Full name, professional designation, gender (used for safety and privacy controls), profile photograph, and secure encrypted credentials.
  • Corporate & Tax Identifiers: Registered business name, trade category, sub-sectors, website URL, business address, and Business TXN / Tax IDs (e.g., GSTIN / VAT / Registration Numbers).
  • Direct Contact Data: WhatsApp phone number (verified via OTP) and corporate email address.
  • B2B Trade Requirements & Quotes: Service verticals, destinations handled, passenger numbers, travel dates, and quotation bids posted via the B2B Leads Board.

3. Payment Processing via Adzmode

All commercial transactions, including voluntary membership upgrades (Gold and Platinum plans), are handled by Adzmode through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Travel Trade Matrix does not store, process, or retain sensitive card numbers, CVVs, or online banking passwords on its servers.

4. Purpose Limitation & Data Protection Measures

Your personal and corporate data is used exclusively to maintain your public B2B digital pass, facilitate direct trade enquiries, provide weekly profile lookups according to tier limits, and prevent commercial fraud. We maintain rigorous technical and administrative safeguards, including SSL/TLS encryption, salted password hashing, and client-side image compression.

5. Rights of the Data Principal

In accordance with the DPDP framework, you retain comprehensive statutory rights over your digital personal data:

  • Right to Access & Summary: Review the personal data we process through your Profile Settings dashboard.
  • Right to Correction & Erasure: Modify inaccurate data directly in your account or submit a permanent account and data deletion request to our Data Operations team at data@traveltradematrix.com.
  • Right of Grievance Redressal: Access swift dispute resolution via our designated Grievance Officer.
  • Right to Nominate: Designate a representative to exercise data rights in the event of incapacity.

6. Data Erasure & Retention Schedule

We retain your data only for as long as your B2B account remains active. Upon receipt of a verified deletion request at data@traveltradematrix.com, all associated personal identifiers, uploaded digital assets, and trade cards are permanently deleted within thirty (30) business days, except where retention is legally mandated for tax, statutory, or audit compliance.
