By creating an account, accessing the B2B Directory, or posting on the B2B Leads Board, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a company, travel agency, DMC, or enterprise, you warrant that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity.
Travel Trade Matrix is exclusively designed for bona fide travel professionals. Users must provide authentic operational details, registered business names, and genuine WhatsApp contact numbers. Accounts found publishing fake B2B rates, spamming trade leads, or impersonating existing travel entities are subject to immediate suspension without notice.
All membership subscriptions (Gold and Platinum annual upgrades) are commercially fulfilled and processed by our authorized entity, Adzmode.
The Live B2B Requirement Board is provided as an open exchange for verified requirements and quotes. Travel Trade Matrix acts strictly as an intermediary connectivity platform. We do not guarantee the solvency of buyers or the commercial performance of quotation providers. Members are required to exercise standard trade due diligence prior to extending credit lines or issuing advance booking payments.
Travel Trade Matrix and its associated trademarks, UI frameworks, codebases, and brand logos are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform. Members retain ownership of their uploaded company logos and inventory media while granting TTM a worldwide license to display them within directory feeds, digital trade cards, and search results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Travel Trade Matrix and Adzmode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential commercial damages arising from business transactions, flight schedule cancellations, hotel booking discrepancies, or DMC defaults arranged between platform members.
